Shipping Procedures?
PRINTS: These will be shipped by the printing specialists.
ORIGINAL / DRY: If the original painting that you are purchasing has already been painted (20 days before the purchase date), then your painting will be shipped out right away in a tube that is specific for the artwork. The painting will be wrapped and protected with art paper before being placed inside the tube, and any paperwork such as: certificate of authenticity, will also be placed inside the tube.
Original / WET: If the original painting that you are purchasing is a commissioned piece. Therefor it has not been painted yet (or at least 20 days before the purchase date) ***NOTE: your painting will be shipped as a wet painting that has not has the proper amount of time to dry. Therefore, your painting will be shipped in box that will require safety/protection edges to be made out of foam and a space protection layer added, in order to insure that the face of the painting does not get touched/damaged during the shipping process. Your painting will be wrapped in art paper, and any paperwork such as: certificate of authenticity will also be placed inside the box.

FOR REGULAR RETURNS:
If you do decide to return your Bekaz painting, please follow these instructions:
STEP ONE:
Email bekazitsart@gmail.com with your order number and specific reason for the return. Bekaz Gallery will get back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), and a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
STEP TWO:
Please print out the below Return Authorization form, fill it out, including your RMA# and enclose in the return shipment of the artwork.
Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box with the Return Authorization form as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. No return will be accepted without the proper paperwork and the works need to be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to qualify for returns.

What If May Painting Arrives Damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to bekazitsart@gmail.com. A representative will get back to you in 2 business days on how to proceed with your order.
